“As a 40+ year old woman I was doing it for the kids… I kept showing up. Two years later I'm a blue belt and training at least 5 times a week. I've gained so much confidence on so many levels (so have my children).”

“I've been training Jiu Jitsu here for a while now, and this gym gets everything right. The space is great, the setting is family oriented, and it's always neat and clean. Above all, Mark Cerrone is a tremendous instructor: extremely knowledgeable, and easy to understand and follow. Mark really makes you feel at home, almost like the place is yours.”

Henry G. · Google
★★★★★

“Our children have been members for a long time, and it has become so much more than just a place to learn Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu… They learn not only the techniques and discipline of Jiu-Jitsu, but also confidence, self-control, respect, and how to handle difficult situations; including how to diffuse conflict and deal with bullying without immediately resorting to confrontation… As parents, we've seen our children grow in confidence, discipline, and maturity through their time here.”

“My daughter and I both train. RGA is a place where we are supported, feel safe and train hard… As a woman it was very comforting to find a large group of women who welcomed me with open arms.”

“I only wanted the best BJJ and Gracie lineage, and my research kept bringing me to Renzo Gracie in Milford… My son started at 9 and has been at RGA Milford for 2 years. Then I joined, and now I'm fully training here with my son. I recommend any parent to look into RGA Milford for the expertise, discipline and the training that is Gracie lineage.”

Do I need experience or to be in shape?

No. Most people start with no experience. Class builds your conditioning, and beginners train alongside members who remember being new.

What ages do you teach?

How does the free week work?

Claim it with the short form, then pick your first class time on the next screen. You get a full week of classes in your program, not a single trial.

What should I wear to my first class?

Comfortable athletic clothes with no zippers or pockets, and bring water. If you need a gi, we'll get you one.
